Flawless Meetings + Time Management Skills

One-Day Seminar on People Skills, Proven Tools & Techniques

OBJECTIVES
This course helps your corporate and projects teams obtain current knowledge and competencies in time management. The focus is on practical skills, tools and techniques to improve productivity, build a winning team with management, peers and clients, and maximize the value of time to your organization.

As a participant, you will be able to tackle the deeper causes of time wasting, regain control over their agenda, focus on important issues, and achieve the vital balance that is necessary for inner peace. Your ability to cooperate with customers, peers, managers and subordinates will improve. You will take home new ideas, proven tools and sound timesaving skills. The focus will be on the skills considered essential to sustain a leading edge.

Without facts, performance improvement is merely an academic exercise. We therefore need your help to:

1. Sample what you do. Please select two half working days (selected randomly) and record everything you do on these half days indicating the time and duration of each task. Bring the log to the seminar where you will have a practical opportunity to focus on your goals.

2. Think of three time-management challenges you face (interruptions, delegation, meetings, scheduling, e-mail, teamwork). Note important details (issue frequency, people involved, current response).

WHY IS THIS PROGRAM UNIQUE?

This workshop is practical by virtue of several unique features:

  1. You will leave with proven techniques and skills to effectively manage the obstacles facing experienced managers, administrative assistants, team leaders and professionals such as the constant change in priorities and task urgency, the need to meet the expectations of multiple clients, limited authority, dealing with powerful individuals, scarce resources, coupled with the challenges to balance relentless work demands with personal obligations.
  2. The curriculum integrates a rigorous, thorough and practical approach that goes beyond what colleges, universities and other competitors cover in courses of same duration. You will be trained to apply a unique framework derived from the seminar leader own practice, and marketed under the prestigious trademark of Harvard University Global System. Originally developed for project managers, this framework was found practical and highly relevant to the needs of executives, professionals, secretaries and administrative assistants who have attended this program.
  3. You will acquire with the best available course materials, totaling a market value that far exceeds what is currently available elsewhere.
  4. You will have the opportunity to view an important video on effective meetings.

In summary, this workshop provides you with leading-edge people skills plus tools and techniques to yield high payback to your organization and real worth to its clients, in the shortest possible time.
